Multi-Signer Support

Easily require and collect signatures from multiple clients on the same contract—perfect for weddings, corporate approvals, and more.

  • Track and allow more than one contract signer

  • Track progress with a new Partially Signed status when not all required users have signed the contract

  • Prevent clients from moving forward to the invoice until all required signatures are complete

Improved Client Experience

Clear prompts now guide clients through signing requirements—reducing confusion and missed steps.

Business Counter-Signer Improvements

Your business signature is now automatically applied after all client signatures are complete, ensuring a seamless and professional workflow.

Contract Tokens for Invoices & Payments

You can now enhance your contract templates with new dynamic tokens:

  • Insert the full invoice directly into your contract

  • Add a complete payment schedule table that automatically reflects the invoice payment plan

These tokens ensure your contracts always display accurate, up-to-date financial details without requiring manual updates.

Catch-All Payment (New)

Keep your payment schedules consistent—even when invoices change.

  • Lock in scheduled payment amounts when the schedule is created

  • Automatically apply any additional charges to a single remaining balance payment

  • Eliminate the need to recalculate or adjust payment requests


Partial Payments (More Flexibility for Clients)

Give clients more control over how they pay.

  • Allow clients to make smaller or additional payments at any time

  • Remaining balances automatically roll into the final catch all payment

New Payment Experience

The payment window has been redesigned for a more intuitive experience:

  • Cleaner, modern layout

  • Easier navigation with new tabs at the top of the window


Auto-Saved Payment Methods = Easier Damage Deposits

Payment methods are now automatically saved after a client’s first payment. This means that damage deposits can be charged any-time using the card on file.

  • Easily charge saved cards or bank accounts for future payments

  • Ideal for deposits, installment plans, and damage fees


Clearer Financial Tracking

  • The Payor name now reflects who actually made the payment on an invoice—not just the primary client

  • Improves reporting accuracy and reconciliation


📦 More Powerful Packages & Pricing

Sell smarter and standardize your offerings with enhanced automation:

  • Automatically add add-ons when a package is selected

  • Apply automatic price increases for premium add-ons

  • Ensure fees are always included with new auto-add fee settings

New Event-Based Automations - Auto Cancel/Archive

You now have more control over your event lifecycle:

  • Automatically cancel events

  • Automatically archive events

    • Trigger these actions based on a sales stage

To enable these settings:
Go to Settings > Event Settings > Event Helpers

For example, you can automatically cancel events when they move into a Closed - Lost stage—no manual updates required.
