Setting Up Your Packages & Add-Ons

Create and customize what you sell in Releventful, including packages, add-ons, pricing, and included items.

Create Your Packages

To create a package:

  1. Go to Billing in the left hand navigation → Packages & Add-Ons → Manage Packages

  2. Click Add Package at the top left corner of the page


Package Image

Choose an image based on how the package will display in your proposal:

  • Single column: 1200 × 300 (or 1800 × 300 for higher quality)

  • 2-column layout: 1200 × 500

  • 3-column layout: 800 × 500

For best results, use images at 72ppi resolution.

Package Details

Fill out the package information, including description, pricing, and branding.

Tip: Use formatting in your description to reflect your brand and clearly communicate what’s included.

Business Brand:

  • Assign a specific brand if applicable

  • Leave blank to make the package available across all brands


Package Add-Ons

Add-ons included here can either be bundled into the package price or configured separately.

To add add-ons:

  1. Go to the Add-Ons tab

  2. Click Add Package Add-On

  3. Select an existing add-on or create a new one

Note: Add-ons listed here are included in the package price unless priced separately.

Add-On Settings:

  • Auto-add: Automatically includes the add-on when the package is selected

  • Price adjustment: Add an additional cost when this add-on is included


Package Fees

Fees are additional charges applied on top of the package price.

To add a fee:

  1. Go to the Fees tab

  2. Click Add New Fee

  3. Complete the fee details and save

  • Enable Auto Add to automatically apply the fee when the package is used


Package Inventory

Assign inventory that is always required for this package.

To add inventory:

  1. Go to the Inventory tab

  2. Search and select inventory items

  3. Enter quantity and click Add

Inventory will automatically scale based on package quantity.
(Example: 3 packages × 20 plates = 60 plates allocated)


Package Gallery

Add images to showcase your package in proposals.

To add images:

  • Click Gallery at the top of the page

  • Click Add Image

  • Upload or drag and drop files

  • Select View Gallery to preview


Create Your Add-Ons

To create an add-on:

  1. Go to Billing in the left hand navigation → Packages & Add-Ons → Manage Add-Ons

  2. Click Add Add-On at the top left corner of the page


Add-On Image

  • Single column: 1200 × 300

  • 2-column: 1200 × 500

  • 3-column: 800 × 500

  • Recommended: 72ppi resolution
