Setting Up Your Packages & Add-Ons
Now comes the fun part! Setting up what you sell in Releventful. Here you can describe your product with text and images and add set things up so you can optimize your customers experience.
Create Your Packages
To add a package
Click on Templates (icon shown above) in the side navigation, then choose Package Templates
Click Add Package
Package Image
When choosing an image for your Packages, you'll want to consider how it will be used in your Proposal Template. If this package will stand by itself, you'll want to use a wider dimension. But if this package is a part of a two or three-column selection, you'll want to use more narrow dimensions. For web-optimized image sizing within the Proposal Template, we recommend the following:
Image dimensions for single column packages:
1200 x 300 (or 1800 x 300 depending on image quality)
Image dimensions for 2-column packages:
1200 x 500
Image dimensions for 3-column packages:
800 x 500
For good quality on digital display, we recommend a resolution of at least 72ppi (pixels per inch).

Package Info
Fill out the information about your package
ℹ️ Note: have fun with formatting the description to make it represent your brand!
Package Add-Ons
Package add-ons are items that you may want to include with the package.
ℹ️ Note: all add-ons added below will be included with the package price. Remove the package price if you want them to be priced separately.
To add an add-on to the package
Click on the Add-Ons tab
Click Add Package Add-On and select the add-on you would like to add or click Add New Add-On to add a new add-on.
Package Fees
Package fees are any additional fees that you may include with this package.
ℹ️ Note: Fees are not included with the package price and are calculated separately.
To add a package fee
Click on the Fees tab
Click Add New Fee
Fill out all of the fee details and click Save
Package Inventory
Package inventory is any inventory that you always need with this package. Any inventory added here will be added to invoices automatically when this package is included on the invoice.
To add package inventory
Click on the Inventory tab
Under Find Inventory, type in the inventory name you would like to add and click on it to select that inventory
Under Inventory Quantity, enter the quantity of that inventory that is included with this package
Click Add next to the inventory row to add that inventory to the package.
Package Gallery
Package galleries can be enabled in your proposal templates. All of the images you add here can be used to show your customers about this package.
To add images to your image gallery
Click Add Image
Either drag the image into the Upload Document dialog or click Choose a file to select the image file from your device.
After you have added your images, click View Gallery to view the image gallery.
