Automatically apply an Event Status and update a Sales Stage when a Contract is signed or a Payment is made

Managing Invoice Helpers from Settings

Releventful allows you to choose what the event status and pipeline stage should be when your client (1) signs the Contract and (2) makes a Payment. To update these automations, visit your Account Settings --> Invoice Settings --> Invoice Helper.

ℹ️ Note: Make sure to customize your Event Statuses to your liking so you can choose the appropriate status from the dropdown.

Invoice Helpers in the Portal Templates

Invoice helpers can also be managed under portal templates.

  1. Select "Portal Templates" from the templates tab on the sidebar.

  2. Choose the event you would like to change or select "Any Event" to apply to all events.

  3. Adjust the Invoice Helpers under Step 2: Booking Your Lead
