Releventful has partnered with Zapier to enable you to connect to thousands of applications that you use on a daily basis.

Step 1: Copy Your API Key

  1. Go to the account settings by clicking on Settings in the side nav

  2. Click on the Business Setup tab

  3. Scroll down Connect with Zapier

  4. Click on the copy button to copy your API Key


Step 2: Make a Zap

Zapier allows you to integrate with hundreds of other applications to create new and exciting ways to connect the way you run your business.

2. Click on Make a Zap

3. Start typing Releventful in the search box in the “When this happens” step

4. Choose the trigger that you would like to use for your Zap

a. New Web Inquiry – triggers when a new website inquiry is received. See the

Getting Started with Web Inquiries guide to learn more about setting up the

Releventful lead web form on your website.

b. New Lead – triggers when a new lead is created in Releventful.

c. Contract Signed or Deposit Paid – triggers when a contract is signed or a deposit

is paid for an invoice.

e. Sales Stage Changed – triggers when the sales stage is changed on a lead event.

d. Event Status Changed – triggers when the event status changes on an event.

5. Click on Sign in to Releventful

6. Paste in the API Key you copied from Releventful and choose Yes, Continue

7. Now your Releventful account is connected!

ℹ️ Note: After you have connected your Releventful API Key, you will not need to do it again.

8. Now choose an Action App to connect to, choose an action and follow the screen prompts to complete your new Zap!
