This update is focused on new enhancements to the platform, general bug fixes, and performance improvements. Please see these enhancements outlined in more detail below.
BEO Enhancements

Significant enhancements have been made to our BEO feature to allow for more customization.
For invoice items that don't fit into the existing default categories of Menu, Beverage, and Audio Visual, you can now create custom category boxes on the BEO layout to accommodate these items. This enhancement allows for greater flexibility in organizing your information as displayed within the BEO.
Additionally, you can now rearrange the layout of information on the BEO to suit your preferences with our new reorder feature.

The Knot and Wedding Wire Integration

We are excited to share that leads from The Knot and Wedding Wire can now be automatically added to your Releventful account. Say goodbye to manually creating leads by hand and allow Releventful to do the heavy lifting!

Xero Integration
Similar to the existing QuickBooks integration, we now offer integration with Xero, another third-party accounting software. Just like with the QuickBooks integration, you can connect your Xero account to Releventful and automatically sync all invoices and payments directly into your Xero accounting system.

Packages and Add-Ons Per Brand
ℹ️ Note: Available in accounts with the Business Brand Add-On
Within the Package and Add-On Templates, there is now a Business Brand field to apply each offering to a specific brand. Using this feature ensures that only the relevant Packages and Add-Ons for each brand are visible to the correct employees and that these items can only be included on invoices assigned to that brand.
ℹ️ Note: If a business brand is not assigned to a Package or Add-On, that item will be visible across all brands by default.
Xero and QuickBooks Integration Per Brand
ℹ️ Note: Available in accounts with the Business Brand Add-On
A separate Xero or QuickBooks account can now be associated to each brand. If you would like to connect different Xero or QuickBooks accounts to your different brands, this can be done by scrolling to the bottom of the Business Brand settings page and connecting to the correct account.
Email Template for Proposal Send
You asked, and we listened! You can now select a pre-existing email template when using the Send to Client button on the quick-close invoice screen. Instead of writing a note from scratch within the available text field, you can now select an existing template by clicking the Load Template button. This will assist with easy sending of a proposal or invoice as you select a pre-populated message.
Sellable Inventory Items
When creating inventory items, there is now a setting where you can indicate if an inventory item is sellable. When selected, the inventory item will be created as a Package or Add-On automatically.
In the same regard, if the inventory item is marked as sellable, and the inventory item is updated at any time, the associated Package or Add-On will also reflect the updates.

Calendly Integration
Sync your Calendly meetings to your Releventful calendar with our upgraded Calendly integration. Ensure that you never miss a meeting by automatically sending all appointments booked through your Calendly account to Releventful.

Portal Template Menu Enhancement
Do you have a long list of event types within your account? Easily browse your portal templates with our new condensed view! Watch the video demonstration below to see how to create a side menu for your list of available event type portal templates.
Side Navigation Bar
To assist with the overall navigation of Releventful, the left-hand navigation bar has been updated to display a complete list of the menu icons along with their associated name when hovered over for more than a second. This improvement provides clarity by displaying the full title of each menu item, making it easier to navigate to the right area of the system.
Event To-Do Completion Reminder
You can now automatically remind clients and team members to complete their to-dos if they pass the assigned due date. Within the to-do editor, there is an available setting toggle that can be enabled to stage an automatic reminder. When set, a reminder notification will be sent to the assigned user one day after the due date if the to-do has not been completed.
