Email Signatures
Add consistency and branding to your event message emails with an email signature. To add an email signature
Click on Settings in the side navigation
Click on Communication Pref, then Email Signature
Create your email signature, then Save and turn it on to have it automatically added to your event messages
Event Type & Guest Count Display
Event type and guest count are now located in key areas so you can have access to more event information quicker.
Automatic Message Recording for Sales Campaigns
There has been some exciting adjustments to our message automations to automatically create a new message in the portal for all sales campaigns. You can now quickly find all emails sent to your client directly in the message list in the event portal.
Enhancements to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
We have made some exciting adjustments to the BEO layouts and print outs to give you more control and visual adjustments to match your needs.

Create Sub-Titles in your BEO with Section Titles
If you would like to create sub-titles in your BEO print outs, you can now assign Section Titles to your BEO sections. Simply edit the section title in the invoice editor and choose the BEO layout you would like to use.
Additional BEO configuration is now available!
Now you have more control over standard event info that displays. Simply edit the BEO layout to adjust your configuration.

Many ways to access and manage your BEOs
Did you know you can access and manage your BEOs in 3 different areas of Releventful?
Area 1: Invoice Home Screen
Click BEO to open the BEO panel to manage your BEOs
Area 2: Line Item Edit Screen
Click the BEO icon to open the BEO panel for quick edits while you're editing your proposal or invoice.
Area 3: Event Edit Screen
Quickly access and manage your BEOs and print them out on the Invoices tab of the event edit screen. Simply hover over the Invoice title to quickly open the BEO panel.
Invoice Enhancements
Line Item Proposal & Invoice Templates
Save time with our new line item templates! If you create detailed line item proposals or invoices, you can now create a reusable templates.
To create a line item template
Open or create a line item invoice or proposal
Click on the Proposal or Invoice tile of the editor to open the editor
Add your packages/add-ons, fees, discounts, and any desired section titles
Click Templates at the top of the editor, then Save as Template
To use a stored template
Open or create a line item invoice or proposal
Click on the Proposal or Invoice tile of the editor to open the editor
Click Templates at the top of the editor and Manage Templates
Click Load Template next to the template you would like to use
Note: using a template will add your template along side of any existing items in your current invoice or proposal.
Fast & Easy Guest Count Edits
Looking to update all of the line items on your proposal to match the guest count? Here's how you can do it
Open your line item invoice or proposal
Click on the Proposal or Invoice tile of the editor to open the editor
Click Settings to open the settings tab
Check the Edit Quantity check box to enable editing
The Invoice Quantity field will automatically populate with the existing guest count from the event. Make any edits as needed to match the desired count for the invoice.
If you would like to adjust the fees to match the guest count, check the Adjust Fees Quantity check box.
Finally, click Update Quantity to apply the updates to the invoice or proposal.
This will update all line items and fees if desired to the new guest count.
Title / Descriptions are now Section Titles
We have renamed Title / Description sections in the invoice editor to Section Titles and given the section titles a new fresh look. You can now also assign Section Titles to your BEO sections to create sub-headers where you need.
Tax Rate Versioning
As adjustments are made to your tax rates, you will now be presented with the option to apply the new tax rate to all existing invoices or to create a new tax rate version and leave all existing invoices at the old rate.
