What's New in Releventful - June 12th, 2024
This update is focused on new enhancements to the platform, general bug fixes, and performance improvements. Please see these enhancements outlined in more detail below.
Track Minimum Spend Requirements
In this recent update, an enhancement was added to Releventful's invoicing process, allowing you to set a minimum spend amount per invoice and track all invoice line items against this overall required total. Learn more about this new setting in the article linked below:
Add Additional Sales Stages
You asked and we listened! You are no longer limited to five sales stages! Add additional stages to your sales pipeline to assist in monitoring where a lead is within the sales and booking process. Follow the steps outlined below to create additional sales stages in your account:
Select the settings gear at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar.
Select "Sales Settings" from the menu that appears.
Select "Sales Stage" in the submenu.
Select "+ Add" at the bottom of the page to add additional sales stages.
Name and save your stages accordingly.
You can continue to relabel any of the sales stages and now add additional sales stages as needed. Reorder the stages into the desired order by selecting "Reorder Stages" in the upper right-hand corner of the page. This will be important as you create the order the stages appear in the sales pipeline view.
Utilize any existing sales stage to trigger sales campaign emails and launch portal template automations.
Portal Tab in the Event Edit Screen
A new tab has been added to the event edit screen to allow for easy access to the portal. This new portal tab allows you to manage all aspects of both the event edit screen and the portal within a single display.
This enhancement allows you to control all the event details in one central location, minimize clicks, and streamline your overall navigation while managing the various aspects of a given event. You can now manage more with less effort!
With the dedicated portal tab, you no longer need to navigate away from the event edit screen to jump into the client vendor portal. You can manage all details of the event within the event edit screen and now jump into the portal and all the available portal tabs within the same screen.

Banquet Event Order (BEO) - Venue Product Line Only
To enhance the invoicing experience, BEOs have been added to the Releventful Venue Product Line. Each invoice created can have an associated BEO generated. With Releventful's BEO creation process, you can create a custom layout for the BEO that fits the needs of your business.
