What's New in Releventful - February 7th, 2023
This update to Releventful is significant in many ways. We're continuing to build out our platform to not only have amazing resources for your clients, but also your staff. With this update, your staff now can manage their schedule, time off requests, To-Dos, and clock in/out all from the Releventful mobile app!
In addition to our enhancements for your staff, we've provided many other feature enhancements to Releventful to help your bottom line, like allowing your client to add a tip to a payment, and other productivity enhancements and general improvements.
Mobile App Updates
These updates have been made to both our IOS and Android apps.
Geofenced Clock In/Out Capability
We have fully integrated clock in & clock out capability into Releventful. Now your staff can clock in and out of the event from their phone. Our mobile app uses GPS and Geolocation services on the phone to give you control over when and where your staff can clock in. Upon clocking in or out their location is recorded so you know where they were at the time of clock in/out.
Time Off Request Management
Your staff can now request and manage their time off requests from the mobile app. With time off integrated straight into the mobile app it will be a great compliment to your team as they navigate their personal schedules.
To-Do Management
All event and lead record To-Do assignments for your staff are now available in the mobile app. With added ability to reassign the To-Do and add comments, your team will be able to manage their day-to-day tasks with ease.
Client Portal Personalization
Ever had a client want to add their own image to their portal? Now, with a simple setting you can let your clients personalize their portal image straight from the app.
Smart Link Enhancements
We received feedback from many of you that you did not want your clients to be automatically directed to use the mobile app unless they want to use it. We've listened and now your clients will only be sent our smart links AFTER they have downloaded and logged into the app.
How does my client get access to the mobile app?
Our emails have the App Store and Google Play Store buttons which your client can click on to download the app from the app store.
Once installed, they will enter their email address and be sent an email with a smart link to log them into their app.
Upon clicking the smart link, the app will open on their device and they will be logged into their portal automatically.
All emails they receive after logging into the mobile app will be smart links that will automatically direct them to the mobile app if they are on their phone or tablet device or to the web if they are on their desktop computer.
In-App Notifications
We have added a full suite of in-app notifications to the mobile apps to notify you when activity occurs on your events.
Facial Recognition
We have added facial recognition for the apps to facilitate faster automatic logins.
Releventful Enhancements
New Inbox Management
We have added a brand new inbox to your account to help you keep track of all of the daily communication that occurs in your events.
Your inbox is fully featured with 3 sections (listed below) and the ability to filter and produce custom reports to find the messages you are looking for.

Reassigning a Lead Record To-Do
If you are working on a lead and create a To-Do Record, now you can assign it to another member of your team if the responsibility shifts to them.
Automation Emails - Choose who the email is sent from
If you're sending automated emails from Releventful's Portal Templates or from our Sales Campaigns, you can now choose which member of your team the email should be sent from.
Event Portal To-Dos - Assign to multiple people
Now in a To-Do portal template you can assign multiple employees instead of just one.
Form Song Selection - Choose a different song source per form item
Now in the form templates you can change your song selection settings for each form item. This is a very powerful update that will enable your client to choose from the right song list all within the same form.
Portal Form Titles
We have received feedback that clients were updating the title of the 2-3 column lists. These titles are no longer editable, so your client doesn't accidentally change them.
Payment Tips / Gratuity
We are very excited about this enhancement and believe that this will become a very valuable feature as you collect payments from your clients. Now you can turn on the ability for your client to add a tip to a payment. By turning on the tip feature, your client will automatically be presented with the ability to add a tip to a payment. This is an easy and effective way for you to get some extra cash!
Enhanced Emoji Support
We have added enhanced emoji support to our platform for all outbound and inbound emails.
