New Portal Template Document Automations
We are excited to bring this long requested feature to our customers. You can now automate the documents which are put into your client's portal. This will give you the ability to quickly and seamlessly share documents with your client at any point in time based on our current powerful automation triggers.
On Demand Edits to Payment Convenience Fees
Passing on of convenience fees is a convenient way to enjoy more of your hard earned revenue. We are adding onto our current ability to create convenience fees within a payment schedule to now being able to adjust the convenience fees for payments which have been added to your invoices from a payment schedule.
To open a payment for editing
Open the Invoice Editor
Click on Payments to view all payments
Click on the payment you would like to change to open it for editing
To adjust the convenience fee for a payment
In the Credit card Convenience Fee Percent field enter the convenience fee percentage amount you would like to pass on to your customer
In the ACH Convenience Fee Percent field enter the convenience fee percentage amount you would like to pass on to your customer
In the Convenience Fee Label field you can adjust the label which will be displayed on the invoice for your client's fee.
Make Lightning Fast Edits with Releventful's Line Item Quick Edit
Looking to make a lot of adjustments to your line item proposal or invoice? Introducing Releventful's Quick Edit.
To activate Quick Edit in the line item editor click on the lightning bolt
Releventful's Quick Edit allows you to make lightning fast adjustments to line item names, quantity, price, tax type, and remove items quickly.
New Additional Contact Form Setting
Our forms allow you to capture multiple contacts from your clients which will be added to your events. With this setting you can now choose to have them added an an additional client.
To adjust this the Additional Contact Setting
Open the Website Lead Form, Proposal Template, or regular event Form
Click on Settings
Under Additional Contact Settings check the "Create additional contacts as clients" check box to create your form contacts as clients in the event
New Form Fields
We have added the ability for you to now capture Address and Phone Number for your additional contacts.
To add these fields to your form
Open the Website Lead Form, Proposal Template, or regular event Form
Click on the plus + button to open the field selection
Click on the new field to add it to your form. The new field names are "Contact 1 Address", "Contact 1 Phone Number", "Contact 2 Address", and "Contact 2 Phone Number"
New Event Type Management for the Business Brand Add-On
If you have multiple brands in your Releventful account, you can now choose which event types go with each brand. Once the event types are associated with a brand, they will automatically display for your events, proposal templates, and website lead form.
To choose which event types are for your brands
Click on Settings, then Business Brands
Choose the Brand by clicking on the brand at the top
Scroll down to Event Types and click + Add to add your event types to that brand
ℹ️ Note: The "Display Name" field will override how the Event Type displays for your customers for your Event Type selection in the Website Lead Form.
