Build reusable offerings so you can add the right services, pricing and stock requirements to proposals and invoices.

Steps

  1. Open Billing & Sales > Packages & Add-Ons and choose the package or add-on manager.

  2. Add an item and enter its name, description, price, tax settings and brand where applicable.

  3. For a package, review included/available add-ons and any automatic-add or additional-price choices.

  4. Review package fees separately; select automatic inclusion only when intended.

  5. Associate the inventory and quantities required to deliver the item.

  6. Save, then add it to a sample invoice and check the price, tax and inventory result.

Brand and catalog scope

Choose the correct brand. Review the meaning of a blank brand in your catalog before relying on the item being shared. Editing a reusable catalog item is different from editing an item already loaded on one invoice.

Images and gallery

Use images sized for their displayed space, with a sensible file size. Pixel dimensions and compression matter more than ppi metadata. Preview package cards and galleries on a phone as well as a desktop.

Check the calculated result

Bundled, automatically added and separately priced add-ons are different choices. Confirm how quantities and linked inventory scale on a sample invoice before sending an offer.
