A sales campaign is a sequence of follow-up messages for leads. Plan its goal and starting point, then review every message before it can contact customers.
Create the campaign in Studio
Open Automations > Manage Portal Templates, select the event type and choose Edit workflow. Create or open a draft.
Select Add workflow > Sales campaign. Choose Build manually, Create with Rae or an available workflow copy.
Give the campaign a recognizable name and review its starting condition.
Review each message: subject or text, recipient, sender, hourly or day-based timing, attachments and enabled settings.
Check campaign reply handling and any Send only if the lead has not replied settings.
Select Save draft, then Test the portal to check the saved experience.
Select Review saved draft, then Review event impact. Read the proposed changes and confirmation before publishing.
Email template versus campaign
An email template supplies reusable wording. The campaign decides when and under what conditions to send the messages. Review both the content and schedule.
After publication
Inspect a matching lead's scheduled work and check for another active campaign before adding one manually. The separate Manage Campaigns area saves live settings; Studio drafts use their own review and publication process.
Saving a draft does not make it live. Publishing an enabled workflow can create tasks or send real messages when its conditions are met. Review existing events separately; do not assume every event will receive the change.
