Use a sales campaign to follow up consistently while your team reads replies and handles the next step.
Prepare follow-up in Workflow Studio
Open Automations > Manage Portal Templates, select the event type and choose Edit workflow. Create or open a draft.
Select an existing Sales campaign, or choose Add workflow > Sales campaign and a build method.
Review the starting stage or other supported condition. Open each message to check content, recipients and timing.
Review Send only if the lead has not replied on relevant steps and campaign reply handling in its full settings.
Check the campaign and each notification on/off setting.
Select Save draft, then Test the portal to check the saved experience.
Select Review saved draft, then Review event impact. Read the proposed changes and confirmation before publishing.
Review replies and scheduling
After publication, inspect an appropriate lead's activity and scheduled messages. Read replies and continue the conversation. Before adding a campaign to an existing lead, check what is already scheduled.
The existing campaign editor
Automations > Manage Campaigns remains available for campaign settings. Changes saved there are live settings; do not confuse that save with saving a Studio draft.
Saving a draft does not make it live. Publishing an enabled workflow can create tasks or send real messages when its conditions are met. Review existing events separately; do not assume every event will receive the change.
