Connect inquiry follow-up with your venue's booking steps. Review sales messages, documents and related work in a draft before clients receive them.
Map the process
Choose the sales stage or other supported follow-up starting condition.
Decide what the lead receives, how long to wait and what happens after a reply.
Identify booking documents and payment setup using your actual business requirements.
Prepare the workflow
Open Automations > Manage Portal Templates, select the event type and choose Edit workflow. Create or open a draft.
Select Add workflow. Choose Create complete workflow with Rae for a connected process, or add a campaign, message, document or payment schedule manually.
Review recipients, content, sender, timing, reply handling, amounts where applicable and enabled settings.
Review booking and payment configuration carefully. A reusable payment schedule does not recalculate payments already created on invoices.
Select Save draft, then Test the portal to check the saved experience.
Select Review saved draft, then Review event impact. Read the proposed changes and confirmation before publishing.
After publishing
Inspect a matching lead's activity and scheduled campaign work. Review the actual invoice and payment requests for payment questions. Applying workflow changes to existing events is a separate reviewed choice.
Saving a draft does not make it live. Publishing an enabled workflow can create tasks or send real messages when its conditions are met. Review existing events separately; do not assume every event will receive the change.
