Use an hourly delay for a short interval after a sales campaign starts. Check the calculated send time so prompt follow-up does not become a late-night message.

In Workflow Studio

  1. Open Automations > Manage Portal Templates, select the event type and choose Edit workflow. Create or open a draft.

  2. Select the campaign message and review Hours after the campaign starts in Delivery schedule, when available.

  3. Enter the hours. Check the starting condition, recipient, content and enabled settings.

  4. If a saved stage/status rule or additional conditions hide the hourly field, use Open full editor to review the schedule.

  5. Select Save draft, then Test the portal to check the saved experience.

  6. Select Review saved draft, then Review event impact. Read the proposed changes and confirmation before publishing.

In the existing campaign editor

Open Automations > Manage Campaigns, select the campaign and open the message. On Notification Schedule, review the schedule type and choose the supported hourly option. Saving there changes live campaign settings.

Verify the result

Inspect the lead's actual scheduled work using a known campaign start time. Hours after campaign start is different from a fixed time of day or task deadline. Do not assume business-hours adjustment unless the available settings provide it.
