With Releventful, you can incorporate a beautifully branded Canva design or engaging video directly into your proposal template to better showcase and sell your services.

Incorporate Canva Designs into the Proposal Template

Do you already have a branded proposal brochure created in Canva to showcase your services? Incorporate this existing design into your Releventful proposal template. Follow the steps outlined below to download your Canva design and insert it into the proposal template builder to create an engaging proposal process for your leads.

Step #1: Create and Download your Canva Design

1. Locate a proposal design within Canva.

2. Customize this template to your business brands and values.

3. When your design is ready, select the Share button in the upper right-hand corner of Canva.

4. Select Download.

5. Select JPG or PNG (JPG is preferred).

6. Select Download at the bottom of the window to save the file.

7. The download will provide a zipped file of multiple images from the proposal design. Unzip the folder to locate all of the images.

8. Save the images somewhere you can easily locate them when building your proposal template within Releventful.

Step #2: Build your Proposal Template within Releventful

1. Once your Canva design is saved to your device, login to Releventful to complete your proposal template.

2. In Releventful, select the Templates icon in the left-hand navigation bar.

3. Select Proposal Templates in the list that appears.

4. Select Add New Proposal Template in the upper left-hand corner.

5. Select the blank template from the pop-up menu that appears.

6. In the template builder, select the + at the top of the page.

7. Select One Column (Text & Image) under the layout options.

8. Edit this newly added field by hovering over it and selecting the edit pencil.

9. Drag and drop the images from the unzipped Canva folder into this text box.

10. For each image, select the image and select the ruler or "change size" icon. Set the number to 100% to ensure the image is automatically resized for all devices.

11. Select Close in the lower left-hand corner when this is completed to return to the proposal template editor.

💡Pro Tip: Instead of using this as a static brochure of Canva images, add in selection options with the proposal template editor for your various packages and add-ons. This will create an interactive experience for your clients as they review your Canva proposal and make selections on services they are interested in for their event.
