What's New in Releventful - June 17th, 2024

We're thrilled to have an abundance of exciting features to share with you! So much so that we've crafted a second June enhancement article dedicated solely to showcasing them. Don't forget to check out the other June enhancements from earlier this month in the article linked below:

This second update is focused on new enhancements to the platform. Please see these enhancements outlined in more detail below.

Employee Brand Allocation

Do you utilize the multi-brand feature of Releventful? Now you can allocate employees per brand! Indicate which employees should be associated with each brand to hide their access from brands that are not applicable for them. Learn more about this new enhancement in the article linked below:

Portal Team Default Settings

Customize the functionality and accessibility of the employees listed in your default portal team. You can now automatically grant portal access, schedule them to work the event, and choose to add them to the event when the event is booked. Conflict Indicator for New Leads

As an extra safety measure to ensure dates are not double booked, a notification has been added to inform you if a new lead is asking for an event date that is already scheduled for another event. When converting a new inquiry to a lead (through the notification menu), if there is already an existing event on the same date as the new lead's requested event date, an indicator will appear letting you know that there is already an event on that day.

Track Sales Source from Lead Form

Automatically track your sales sources for new leads through the updated website lead form source field. The "Where did you hear about us?" field has been updated to be a drop-down list directly reflecting your sales sources instead of being a free text field.

The sales source the lead selects from the drop-down menu will be applied to the source field on the "Sales Pipeline" tab of the event edit screen, allowing you to run reporting on this information and properly track your sales sources.

To ensure that you have this latest update, remove the existing "Where did you hear about us?" field on your lead form and replace it with the new available field from the form builder.

Copy Buttons: Payment Schedule and Portal Templates

Copy buttons have been added to the system for payment requests within payment schedules and within portal templates. Easily copy an existing message, task or payment request to create a new version.
