Decide whether clients can personalize their event portal image.
Steps
Open Settings > Event Settings and the portal-image setting.
Find Client can change the portal image.
Turn the setting on or off and wait for it to save.
Review the portal using the intended client access to check the result.
Choose the default for your business
Allowing changes lets a client personalize the event appearance. Turning it off keeps control with your team. This is an appearance setting, not permission to edit every event detail or view staff information.

An event-type automation can have its own portal-image preference. Review that setting as well as the account default when an event behaves differently. Do not assume changing the account option has copied a new value onto every existing event.
