One place for the event
Planning an event often means collecting answers, sharing files, confirming tasks, and keeping people aligned as details change. Releventful's event portal gives the client a place to see the information and requests the venue has chosen to share.
A repeatable starting point
A portal template defines the experience for an event type. The team can prepare tasks, forms, documents, messages, and a timeline once, then use that setup as events move through sales, booking, and planning. Rae can draft a complete workflow from a plain-language description. The team checks each item, makes manual edits, tests the client view, and publishes when ready.
Privacy and clarity
The event portal is specific to one event. A file or internal task in the event record is not necessarily visible to the client. The venue controls sharing and should preview the client view before inviting anyone. When an existing event needs a template change, the team reviews the effect on that event separately.
A good first step
Choose one common event type and list the three to five things every client needs to do or know. Build that journey in a draft template, test it with a sample event, and adjust the wording and due dates before publishing.
