Learn how to report on your inventory allocation and if you have enough.

Inventory Status Report

As your business grows and the number of events you have increase, you can use the Inventory Status Report to give you insight into your inventory usage and availability.

To view the Inventory Status Report

  1. Click on Inventory (icon shown above) in the side navigation

  2. Click the Inventory Status tab

  3. In the Select Timeframe dropdown, choose the timeframe you would like to review. If you would like a custom date range, select Custom and select a From and To date for your report.

The Inventory Status Report shows your inventory allocation across all of your events for the timeframe you selected.

  • Status - a visual indicator of your remaining inventory stock amount

  • Event - the event the inventory is allocated for (click to go to the event)

  • Invoice - the invoice the inventory is used in (click to go to the invoice)

  • Inventory - the inventory allocated (click to go to the inventory item)

  • Total - the total number of inventory you have

  • Allocated/Used - the amount of inventory being used

  • Remaining Stock - the remaining amount of inventory left

Report on Inventory Per Invoice

After you have set up your inventory for your packages and add-ons, your inventory will be automatically allocated based on what you sell.

To view and adjust the inventory for your invoices

  1. Click on the Invoice Inventory in the Invoice Editor window.

There are 2 sections in the invoice inventory screen.

Section 1: Invoice Inventory Summary

The invoice inventory summary section is where you can edit, add, and remove inventory needed for what your client has requested.

Editing Inventory

  1. Click or hover over the inventory you would like to edit and click Edit

  2. Change the quantity and press Save

Removing Inventory

  1. Click or hover over the inventory you would like to remove and click Remove

Adding Inventory

  1. Click Add Inventory

  2. Type in the name and quantity of the inventory you would like to add

  3. Click Add to add the inventory

Section 2: Day Inventory Summary

The day inventory summary gives you a summary of the available and remaining quantity of inventory required for the items sold for the day of the event.
