To access your Reports:
Click Reports in the side navigation (see icon below)
Choose from an Overview report, any of our row-based reports, or our Sales Data Report, which include sales visualizations.
Overview Reports
Business Overview Report
Shows an overview of revenue based on a date range for Event Summary, Events By Type, Accounting Entries, and Employee Costs. Edit the report by clicking the pencil icon at the top, and then saving when complete. Choose to show or hide both Employee Costs or Accounting Entries.
ℹ️ Note: Accounting entries can be used to store any financial debits/credits outside of the event invoice total and the employee cost totals (calculated through assigning cost for different roles during Employee Scheduling).
Sales Overview Report
Shows an overview of sales data based on a date range for Pipeline Summary, Sales Stage Summary, and Sales Rep Close Rates. Edit the report by clicking the pencil icon at the top, and then saving when complete.
Row-based Reports
The majority of Releventful reports will be set up as a row-based report where you can add/remove Filters and add/remove display columns.
To filter:
Click on a condition to revise or remove it
Click + to add a filter to this particular filter group
Click + Add Filter to add a new string of conditions
Click More Options (dotted icon) to edit the report name or reset the report and remove your changes
To change the display:
Click on the back and forward arrows to navigate pages
Click Column (three column icon) to add additional column fields to display
Click Download (down arrow icon) to export and download the report
Sales Data Reports
These include graphical charts that quickly shows Sales data to better understand the performance of your sales team, conversion rates, and marketing data.
Sales Data Reports includes:
Monthly Sales Rep Report (pie chart)
Sales Rep Open/Closed Pipeline Report (bar chart)
