Use categories such as Must Play and Do Not Play to organize client song requests and set a limit for each list.
Steps
Open the event To-Do and enable song selection.
Find Song Selection Categories in the song-selection settings.
In Find Song Category, search for an existing category or enter a new category name.
Enter the allowed number in How many songs are allowed for this category?, then select Add.
Repeat for the other categories and save the To-Do.
Example limits
You might allow 50 songs in Must Play and 5 songs in Do Not Play. These are examples; choose limits that suit your service.
Manage the reusable category list
Open Settings > DJ Settings > Song Selection Categories to manage category names. Adding a category to the account list is separate from choosing which categories and limits appear on a particular To-Do.
