Guide clients toward music your business offers by choosing your library as the song source and setting the playlist rules.
Steps
Import and review your business song library in the Song Manager.
Create or edit the song-selection To-Do or planning form.
Choose the available business-library/My Songs source.
Add the categories or suggested playlists you want clients to use.
Review whether clients can search freely, use only suggested choices, or manage categories where those options are offered.
Test the client view on a sample event and save the intended settings.
Suggested versus required choices
A suggested playlist helps the client choose; it is different from restricting the answer to that list. Check the setting for each form row or category rather than assuming the whole form is restricted.
Music integrations
Use only the music sources currently offered by your account. A connected music service and your uploaded library are different sources, and some settings can be overridden per form row.
