Steps
Open the event To-Dos and add a song-planning/selection To-Do available with your account's song-planning feature.
Enter a clear title, instructions and due date, then choose the assignees.
Load a planning form where you need questions for specific event moments.
Enable song selection and choose the supported source, categories and limits.
Review any per-row song options, category-management permission and live-mode permission.
Save, preview as the intended client, and review reminder timing separately.
One choice for a moment versus a category list
A form can request a song for a moment such as the first dance. A category list can collect several Must Play or Do Not Play requests. Use both only when each serves a clear purpose.
Visibility
Assignment, sharing and event access determine who can use the task. Do not assume every employee on the event can view or change every answer.
