Ask clients for lists such as Must Play and Do Not Play, with a limit for each category.
Steps
Open the event To-Dos and add a song-selection task.
Enter its name, instructions, due date and assignees.
Enable song selection, then add each category and the allowed number of songs.
Choose the music source and available Top Hits options.
Review category-management and live-mode permissions where offered.
Save and check the client view before turning on a reminder.
Playlist sharing is a separate choice
Sharing or connecting a music-service playlist is different from enabling a Top Hits list. Review the specific setting and source; do not treat them as interchangeable.
Reuse the setup
Edit the reusable task/workflow when you want future events to receive this setup. Review existing event tasks separately. Sharing and assignments control access; an event employee is not automatically an assignee.
