Bring a proposal, contract, invoice and payment request together so your client can complete the steps your business requires.
Steps
Open or create the event's invoice.
Choose whether this invoice needs a proposal, a contract, payments or a combination of these.
Add the services/items, agreement and payment requests you need.
Review the client and any additional recipients and their access levels.
Preview the client experience, then send it when ready.
The client path
A proposal presents services and selections. A contract records the agreement and required signatures. The invoice shows the charges, and payment requests explain what is due. Use only the steps needed for this transaction; an invoice does not always need a proposal.
Access belongs to the document
Adding an event contact is different from granting access to an invoice. Review whether each invoice recipient may view, pay, sign, or both pay and sign. Multiple client signers can sign one agreement.
One invoice versus reusable settings
Changes in the current invoice apply to that document. Reusable proposal, contract and payment schedule templates are managed separately. Updating a template does not mean every existing invoice has been changed.
Review before sending
Check totals, dates, signature requirements, payment methods and recipients. Sending can deliver a real email or SMS. Previewing does not turn a real payment into a test transaction.
