Move a lead toward booking based on what the client actually accepted, signed, and paid. Use the lead card to keep the sales and event work connected.
Before you start
Open the lead’s latest conversation and know the event date, quoted terms, required signature, and booking rule for this event type.
In Releventful
Click Pipeline in the top bar, click the lead card, and read Activity, Tasks, and the current stage.
Click Edit Event to confirm the event details. Click Edit Invoice or the event side panel’s New Proposal / Invoice action to review the offer, line items, and payment request.
Click View Portal and inspect the proposal, contract, and payment steps as the client will see them. Send a document only after checking the recipient and preview.
After the client responds, reopen the event’s Financials and signing status. Confirm acceptance, required signatures, and any payment specified by the booking rule.
Use Quick Actions > Edit Sales Info to set the appropriate stage if a manual change is needed, then click Save Sales Info. Reopen Activity to check planning work started by booking.
Check the lead stage and event status separately
A sales stage tracks where an opportunity is in your sales process. The event's booking status and booking requirements are separate. Moving a card into a stage does not by itself prove a contract was signed or a payment received.
If a card seems missing, confirm the brand, search and active filters before changing the record. Find the existing lead or event and check its current state rather than creating a replacement to make it appear.
