How Rae helps venue teams set up workflows and find answers

Learn how Rae helps your team find answers, understand leads and events, and build workflows faster while keeping your team in control of every change.

Help at the point of work

Rae is available within supported areas of Releventful so a team member can ask about a lead, event, report, or setup while viewing the relevant record. A specific question that names the event, desired result, and timing produces a more useful starting point than a broad request.

A faster way to build

For a portal template workflow, the team can describe the client journey and ask Rae to prepare the draft messages, forms, tasks, and timing. Each item remains reviewable. Staff can use Rae Assist to refine it or the full editor to make manual changes, then test the saved client experience before publishing.

The team keeps control

Rae's answer and draft follow the user's access and do not by themselves send a client message, collect money, or publish a workflow. The team checks the underlying record and uses the separate Save, Apply, Publish, or Send action when a real change is intended. Feature availability can vary by account and role.

A good first step

Open a sample lead or event and ask Rae for a summary and a proposed next action. Check the answer against the record. Then use one event type to draft and test a workflow before applying it to live events.
