Using Packages and Add-Ons for Revenue Reporting

Learn how to use package and add-on reports to track what was sold, review revenue by item, and compare report totals with client invoices.

Written by Naomi Sherman

Use consistent package and add-on names so your reports clearly show what was sold, then review the underlying invoices when you need more detail.

Why this matters

The Packages Sold and Add-Ons Sold reports help you understand which items were sold during a selected period. Consistent naming makes these reports easier to review and compare.

Before you start

Choose the date range and business brand you want to review.

In Releventful

  1. Click Reports > Packages Sold or Add-Ons Sold and set the date range and brand.

  2. Click a named item to open its source invoices and compare quantities and totals.

  3. Click Download only after the report matches the intended period and brand.

A useful decision

Compare the report with the underlying invoices before treating an item total as money already collected. These reports show what was sold, which may be different from what has been paid.

Check the result

Confirm the report is showing the intended date range and brand, and review the related invoices if you need to verify a quantity or total.

Important to know

Consistent package and add-on names make reporting easier to understand. If similar items are created under different names, they may appear separately in your reports.
