Packages allow you to group your commonly offered services into a reusable option that your sales team can quickly add to a client's proposal or invoice.
Why this matters
Creating packages for commonly offered services helps your team use consistent descriptions, pricing, and tax settings when building proposals and invoices.
Before you start
Know the package name, included services, price, and applicable tax treatment before creating the package.
In Releventful
Go to Billing & Sales → Manage Packages.
Click Add Package.
Enter the package name, included services, and price.
Select the appropriate tax type.
Click Save.
Check the result
Open a sample proposal or invoice and click Add Package. Select your new package and confirm that its details, price, tax, and total appear as expected.
Important to know
Changes to a package are intended for future use. If a package has already been included on an existing client's proposal or invoice, review that document separately before making changes to what was previously quoted or accepted.
