Reporting on Packages and Add-Ons Sold

Learn how to use package and add-on reports to track what was sold, compare quantities and revenue, and review the invoices behind your results.

Written by Naomi Sherman

Compare packages and add-ons sold over the selected period. Keep catalog names consistent for useful grouping.

Why this matters

A report answers a business question only when its date range, brand, filters, and measure are clear. Open the records behind an unexpected number before sharing or acting on it.

Before you start

Choose the date range and brand that match the question, and check your report access.

In Releventful

  1. Click Reports > Packages Sold or Add-Ons Sold and set the period and brand.

  2. Click an item to inspect the source invoice and quantity.

  3. Click Download after the totals and filters match the question you need to answer.

A useful decision

Item reports depend on the names and prices saved on the underlying invoices. Open an invoice before explaining a surprising quantity or revenue amount.

Check the result

Open a source record when a figure is surprising. Save or export only after confirming the scope.

Important to know

Filters change which records appear. Revenue, invoice value, and money received may answer different questions even when their totals look similar.
