Editing a Line-Item Proposal or Invoice

To edit the line-item proposal

  1. In the Invoice Home, click Make Changes to the proposal

ℹ️ Note: if the proposal has been accepted by the client, click Change Proposal in the navigation bar to enable editing of the proposal.

To edit the invoice

  1. In the Invoice Home, click Make Changes to the invoice

Adding an Item

To add an item to the proposal or invoice

  1. Click the Add button and choose what type of option you would like to add

a. For adding a Package or Add-On choose the item you would like to add. To add an item, click the Add button to add the item.

b. For adding a Fee or Discount, fill out the required fields and click Save to add the fee.

c. For adding a Header, give the header a title or leave the title blank to add extra white space. Click Save to add the header.

Editing an Item

To edit an item added to the proposal or invoice

  1. Click the Edit button of the item you would like to change.

  2. Make any changes needed and press Save or Remove to remove the item from the proposal or invoice.

ℹ️ Note: if you are editing a package, you can add or remove any Add-Ons or Fees that are included with the Package.

Package Price

If the price is removed from the package, then any included add-ons will be priced individually. Conversely, if the price is added on the package, then all of the add-ons will be included with the package price.

Package & Add-On Inventory (invoice only)

When a package or add-on is included on the invoice, the inventory which has been added to the add-on or package template will be included with the invoice.

Reordering Items

To reorder items on the invoice, click or tap the item on the left-hand panel and drag it up or down in the list.
