Did you know that you can create a QR code to direct leads to your website lead form? Alongside the embed code, each lead form has it's own custom direct link that can be sent to leads or that can be placed within a QR code.

Start by creating your lead form via the lead form templates menu. For more information on the creation of a lead form, click on the link below for a step by step guide:

Once your lead form is created, select the copy icon at the top of the form.

ℹ️ Note: Your form will need to be set to live to be able to access the copy option.

Copy the code for the direct link as it appears in the pop-up window. Once copied, the direct link can be placed within a QR code generator.

Once the app is downloaded, follow the steps outlined below to generate a QR code for your lead form.

1. Open the app and select the menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen:

2. Select "Create QR" in the menu that appears.

3. On the new page that appears, select the option for URL.

4. Paste the direct link URL that you copied from Releventful into the available field.

5. Once entered, select the checkmark in the upper right-hand corner of the page to generate the QR code:

6. Once selected, the QR code will be generated for you. You have the option at that time to share the QR code and/or save the image. Saving the image is a great option if you are planning on using this code at an event or printing it.
