Planning on being away? Set an out of office reply message for your Releventful account just like you would for your email account. To enable an out of office response, follow the steps outlined below:
1. Select the settings gear at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Select "Communication Preferences."
3. Select "Out of Office" that appears in the submenu.
4. Use the "Out of Office Reply" field to create your desired out of office message response.
5. When you need to utilize the out of office setting, toggle on the "Out of Office" setting above the body field.
When this setting is enabled, a red notification bar will appear at the top of the page reminding you that this setting is currently enabled. When enabled, the out of office message will be sent for any responses to conversations your account is tied to. The message will be sent once per conversation thread.
Each employee and team member has access to enable their own out of office setting by logging into their Releventful account and navigating to the out of office page within their account settings as described above.
