The problem
A new inquiry may arrive through a website form, a conversation, or a staff member. As the client moves toward booking, the team needs to track the next reply, the proposed services, the event date, the contract, and payment. Keeping those details in separate inboxes and spreadsheets makes it harder to know what is current.
How Releventful helps
Releventful connects the lead and event records. A team member can review the inquiry in the sales pipeline, create an unbooked event when event-specific work begins, and prepare a proposal, contract, and invoice from the same customer journey. The event then becomes the place to check contacts, staff assignments, documents, client planning, and payment activity.
What your team controls
Your team chooses its sales stages, who owns follow-up, which documents to send, and what must happen before an event counts as booked. A stage change can start an enabled workflow, so the team should review its messages and timing before using it with real clients. A sent proposal, accepted proposal, signed contract, and booked event remain distinct milestones.
A good first step
Set up one business brand and event type, then create a sample lead and unbooked event. Walk through the client experience before inviting a real customer. The Getting Started, Leads and Sales, and Proposals Contracts and Booking article sets explain each task.
