To create a calendar entry for a date hold, phone conversation, or any other reason, take the following steps:
Navigate to your Calendar by clicking the calendar icon in the left side navigation
Choose Add in the top left
Select Date Hold, Phone Conversation, or Other from the dropdown (see article on scheduling a meeting from your Calendar)
Add a Description (required) to provide details for this entry
Add a Location. Paste in a physical address, phone number, or virtual meeting details (Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc.).
Choose the Start and End date & times
Click Save
