Creating a Calendar Appointment

Learn how to create a calendar entry for a Date Hold, Phone Conversation, or a general entry

To create a calendar entry for a date hold, phone conversation, or any other reason, take the following steps:

  1. Navigate to your Calendar by clicking the dashboard icon in the left side navigation. Select Calendar at the top of the page

  2. Choose Add in the top left

  3. Select Date Hold, Phone Conversation, or Other from the dropdown (see article on scheduling a meeting from your Calendar)

  4. Add a Description (required) to provide details for this entry

  5. Add a Location. Paste in a physical address, phone number, or virtual meeting details (Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc.).

  6. Choose the Start and End date & times

  7. Click Save
