Creating the Event

If you are using Releventful's website lead form to funnel leads into our powerful CRM, an event will automatically be created when the inquiry is converted to a sales lead.

  1. Click Notifications in the side navigation (icon listed below)

  2. Then Convert Inquiry To Sales Lead

Otherwise, to create an event from scratch:

  1. Click on the plus button (button listed above) in the side navigation

  2. Choose New Event

  3. Choose who the event is for by choosing an existing client or click Add New Client to add a new client.

  4. Fill out the main event details like the event name, date, and time and click Save to create your event.
