Create Your Playlists / Top Hits Lists
What if you have a band that only plays certain songs? Or you want client's to only choose from your trusted song library? Build your set list by allowing your clients to choose from your personal or business song library. If you would like your clients to make song selections from your own personal song library, take the following steps:
Upload your business song list (see how here)
Add your playlist options by adding Song Selection Categories (see step 1 of related article here)
Navigate to the Song Manager in the side navigation (see icon below)
Click Top Hits at the top left (icon below)
Click Plus (+) above a song to add it to a Top Hits list (or playlist)
Select the Top Hits list you wish to add the song to and then click Add
Turn on the Top Hits / playlist by toggling the On/Off option on the right side of the screen
Click the Trashcan icon to remove the song from a list
Let Your Client Select From Your Songs / Top Hits Lists
Add a Song-Selection To-Do to the event and navigate to the Song Selection Settings located at the bottom of the To-Do
Change Song Selection Source to "My Songs (Song Manager)"
Choose whether to enable Top Hits Song Selection
If Top Hits is enabled, change Top Hits Source to "My Top Hits (Song Manager)"
Click Save within the To-Do
Guide Your Clients To Select From Your Song Lists
Now that you've chosen your settings, your client can choose from 4 different song selection sources within the To-Do: Artist, Song, Top Hits, and Suggest Song.
Search by Artist or Song
In the song selection To-Do, your client will have the ability to search your songs (Song Manager) by Artist or Song title. They can then click Plus to add the song to a designated playlist
Search by Top Hits
To search by Top Hits, they would select the Top Hits icon and choose from one of your prebuilt lists. They'll then see the songs from your library that you added to that list and can choose from your suggestions.
Suggest a Song
Finally, if your client desires a specific song, or version of a song, that isn't in your song library they can suggest it here. They can add details like Song Name, Artist Name, a Web Link to the media file or example, and the list they would like it added to.
