Step 1: Download the Releventful Mobile App
Previewing and managing a Live Song Selection To-Do can be done through the mobile app, available for Android and iOS.

Step 2: Turn on Live Song Selection
Note: Ensure you have created a Live Song Selection To-Do before going live in the mobile app. See details on creating a Live Mode To-Do.
Follow these steps to turn it on:
Navigate to the event Home screen
Scroll down and click Go Live on the To-Do you wish to activate. ℹ️ Note: You can only Go Live on one To-Do at a time and the song selection settings for that To-Do will apply.
Click View All under To-Dos if your Live Song Selection To Do is not displayed. (It will only display if you are assigned to the To-Do).
You will now see the Live Song Selection display at the top of event Home screen
Step 3: Manage Live Song Selection
Follow the steps below:
Click the Live Button (with sound fader icon) to manage the song suggestions and limit the number of suggestions. Make your selections and then press Update.
ℹ️ Note: Choosing the All Songs as a source will allow your client to choose from your Top Hits lists or Releventful's Top Hits lists, depending on the settings chosen during the creation of the Live Song Selection To-Do (see image below)
You or your client can click Invite Guests to send the shareable link to friends & family
💡Pro Tip: You can even use the link to create a QR code to display during your event so guests can scan and participate!
Click View Suggestions to see the list of suggested songs.
ℹ️ Note: During a live event, click the song name to "mark as played" & move it to the bottom of the list (see image below)
Step 4: Guide Your Client in Live Song Selection
Your client will receive a link to a screen in the mobile app where they can view the running song suggestions and make suggestions themselves. They'll need to know how to invite guests and how to choose songs. That's it!
Invite Guests
They should click Add Guest at the top of the suggestions
They can then choose to text, email, copy, or share via another app
Choose Songs
They will click the All Songs tab to suggest a song
They will press Connect to Spotify (only one authentication is needed) to connect to their account
If not using Spotify, they can select songs from respective Top Hits lists
They will be able to upvote a song by clicking the Like icon (thumbs up) and view how many total likes a song has under the up-arrow icon on the right-hand side.
