Import your song library to allow your clients to select music from your list, or lock down song selection entirely so they can only choose from your business song list to make their selections.
To upload your song list:
Click Settings in the side navigation
Choose DJ Settings
Click Song Import
Select your file and choose Upload
Song Import Requirements
The Master Song List import file must be saved as a .XLS or .XLSX file format. For your data to be imported properly, the following columns must be used in this order:
Artist
Song
Album
Genre
Decade
Custom1
Custom2
Custom3
Here’s an example of the first column header and one song added to a spreadsheet
NOTE: If you are exporting the excel file format from another system, you may need to open the spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel to convert it into a valid excel format. When opening in Excel, you may receive an error message like the following. Choose “Yes” to open the spreadsheet and then save it as a .XLSX file before importing into Releventful.
In the ‘Upload master song list’ section, click on the ‘Choose File’ button to select the .XLS or .XLSX spreadsheet to import your Inventory data.
NOTE: The import will let you know if there are any issues importing and which rows of data it was not able to import.
