How to Start a Sales Campaign

If your sales campaigns are not set to be kicked off or started automatically, you can kick off an sales campaign for a lead by doing the following.

  1. Click on Contacts in the side navigation (icon shown above)

  2. Click on Leads to view all of your leads

3. Click on the lead you would like to start the campaign for

4. In the lead edit screen, click on Sales Campaigns to open the campaign manager

5. Click the Add Campaign button.

6. Choose your lead event in the dropdown menu

7. Click Choose a Campaign and click on the Campaign you would like to start

8. Click Start Campaign

ℹ️ Note: sales campaigns can be started for any client as well. To start a campaign for a client, click on Clients in step 2 and proceed with steps 3-8.
