Manually start or review a sales campaign for a lead

Sales Campaigns at the Lead level

Sales campaigns are a very important part of your sales process. They improve your messaging consistency and make it easier to determine what brings success to converting your leads to booked clients.

You can review campaign details or manually start a sales campaign for a particular lead using the steps below:

  1. Click on contacts (button shown above) in the side navigation

  2. Click on Leads in the Filter By section

  3. Click on the lead you would like to edit

  4. Then click on Sales Campaigns at the top right of the Lead Edit screen

  5. From this window you can review the current campaign message details, or click Add Campaign to start a new one

  6. Click Choose an Event from the dropdown menu

  7. Click Choose Campaign to see a list of all your saved sales campaigns

  8. Click Start Campaign
