Check the Status of a Sales Campaign

Review all of your Scheduled Notifications across the platform or only those notifications intended for a particular lead/client

Check the Status of a Sales Campaign

There are two ways to check on the status of your automated messages. The first is by using Releventful's Scheduled Notifications manager, and the second is by navigating to the Lead Record of a particular lead and viewing it there.

Scheduled Notifications

To quickly take a look at all your past and upcoming automated emails:

  1. Click on the Scheduler in the side navigation (see icon below)

  2. Choose Scheduled Notifications

  3. From here you can quickly review, edit, disable, or delete any scheduled message within a date range.

Lead Record Sales Campaign Status

To check the status of notifications in a campaign

  1. Click on Contacts in the side navigation (icon shown below)

  2. Click on Leads to view all of your leads

3. Click on the lead you started the campaign for

4. In the lead edit screen, click on Campaigns to open the campaign manager

In the campaign manager you will see all of the scheduled and sent notifications. All scheduled notifications can be edited, disabled or removed.

ℹ️ Note: if your sales campaign was started for a client, click Clients for step 2 and proceed with steps 3-4.
