Use the Review Automations feature to see which automations are associated with a specific lead or event and apply additional automations from your existing workflows or portal templates.
This feature is especially helpful when you've made changes to your workflows and want to ensure that existing events have the correct automations in place.
Why This Matters
When you update a workflow or portal template, existing events may not automatically reflect those changes.
The Review Automations feature allows you to:
Review automations associated with a specific lead or event.
Identify automations that may need to be applied to an existing event.
Select and apply automations from your workflows or portal templates.
Review and update automations across multiple events.
How to Review Automations for a Lead
In Releventful, navigate to your Sales Pipeline.
Open the lead you want to review.
Click Review Automations.
Releventful will display the automations associated with that specific lead.
Review the available automations and identify any that should be applied.
Select the automations you want to add.
Click Apply Selected to apply the selected automations to the lead.
How to Review Automations from an Event Portal
You can also access this feature directly from an event's portal.
Open the event you want to review.
Click View Portal.
Locate and click Review Automations.
Review the automations associated with the event.
Select any additional automations you want to apply from the available workflows or portal templates.
Click Apply Selected to update the event.
Both methods open the same Review Automations interface.
How to Review Automations Across Multiple Events
If you've updated a workflow and want to review how those changes affect existing events, you can use Review More Events.
Open Review Automations from a lead or event portal.
Click Review More Events.
Use the available date range to review related events.
Review the events displayed and their associated automations.
Identify which automations should be applied to the applicable events.
Select the automations you want to update.
Apply your selections to the appropriate events.
This allows you to review and update automations across multiple existing events without opening each event individually.
Important to Know
Existing events may have different automations. Depending on when an event was created and when workflow changes were made, its automations may differ from the current portal template.
Review before applying changes. Confirm which automations should apply to each event to avoid adding unnecessary or duplicate communications.
Up to 50 events can be displayed at a time. If you need to review more than 50 events, adjust the date range and work through smaller groups.
Workflow and portal template changes should be reviewed separately from existing events. Updating a template does not automatically confirm that all existing events have been updated.
Check the Result
After applying your selections, reopen Review Automations for the event and confirm that the intended automations are now associated with it.
If you're updating multiple events, review a sample of the affected events to ensure the correct automations were applied.
