Import Packages and Add-ons with Rae
Bring a pricing list into Releventful without entering every service by hand. Rae proposes packages and add-ons; you decide what becomes part of your catalog.
Before you start
Have a pricing file ready in XLSX, CSV, DOCX, PDF, or TXT format. Check that it contains the current unit prices for the business or brand you want to use.
In Releventful
Open Packages or Add-ons in Releventful. Select Import packages and add-ons, then Upload pricing document and choose the file.
Wait for Rae to prepare the list. For each proposed service, compare the name, service type, business, and unit price with the source shown beside it. Correct anything that is wrong.
Select the checkbox confirming each service you want to include. If you want matching existing services left alone, keep Ignore duplicate packages and add-ons selected.
Select the final review checkbox, then Create selected services. Open the resulting services and finish tax, deposit, tiered price, and package-content settings before using them on invoices.
Check the result
Confirm the new services appear under the correct business with the expected unit prices. Review Recent imports if you need to identify the batch.
Important to know
Rae uses the account currency and does not convert prices. A source quantity becomes a description note, not an invoice quantity. Existing services keep their current settings. Rae preparation may count toward your monthly Rae allowance.
