Choose dashboard cards and filters that match the question, then open the underlying report for details.

Why this matters

A report answers a business question only when its date range, brand, filters, and measure are clear. Open the records behind an unexpected number before sharing or acting on it.

Before you start

Choose the date range and brand that match the question, and check your report access.

In Releventful

  1. Click Dashboard, choose the date and brand, then click a report card.

  2. In the full report, click + Add Filter and choose the segment you need; click Save in the filter dialog.

  3. Click a source record behind the number before sharing the result.

A useful decision

Save a custom report when you want to reuse a particular set of filters and columns. Before exporting, confirm the date range, brand, and whether private client information belongs in the file.

Check the result

Open a source record when a figure is surprising. Save or export only after confirming the scope.

Important to know

Filters change which records appear. Revenue, invoice value, and money received may answer different questions even when their totals look similar.
