Build the proposal from the correct event and line items, check the totals and terms, then preview and send it to the client.
Why this matters
These documents move a client from an offer toward a confirmed event. A saved draft, sent proposal, accepted proposal, signed contract, and booked event each mean something different; check the actual status before the next step.
Before you start
Open the correct event and confirm its client, prices, dates, and booking requirements.
In Releventful
Use Search Events to find the event and open its side panel. Under Quick Actions, click New Proposal / Invoice, then choose the proposal you want to prepare.
Choose the proposal template and click Add item for each package or charge; enter quantity and price, then click Save Row or Save Item.
Click Preview Proposal to check totals and terms, then Send to Client > Send via Email or Send via SMS.
Confirm the recipient in the send dialog, click Send and reopen the proposal to check its status.
A useful decision
Use the proposal version the client actually accepted when explaining their choice. Sending an offer and receiving acceptance are separate actions and may start different workflow steps.
Check the result
Open the event to confirm what was saved, sent, accepted, or signed. Follow up only after checking the actual status.
Important to know
Saving a document differs from sending it. Proposal acceptance, contract signing, payment, and the event's booking rule can each start a different next step.
