Invite or update employees from the account's employee settings. Check email, assigned role, brands, and current status.
Why this matters
Roles, brand access, event assignments, and notification choices work together. Review each of them so employees can do their jobs without seeing unrelated business or client information.
Add Employee to Account
You may need an owner or administrator role to change employee access or account-level preferences.
Click Settings
Click Employees
Click Manage Employees
Click Create Employee
Enter the employee details, first name, last name, email address
Enter and select the appropriate Employee Roles, these are used for staff scheduling

Enter an initial Password, they can change this once they login
Enter a Welcome Message
Click Create
After the new employee has been created, review their feature permissions and notifications, then save. Reopen the employee to check all of the sections have been correctly applied.
A useful decision
Before completing this task, compare the change with a sample record of the same kind. This confirms that the client, employee, amount, or timing affected is the one you intended.
Check the result
Check the person's access and notifications from their role. Review their event assignments separately.
Important to know
A role, brand assignment, and event assignment can each limit access. A missing alert may also be caused by the employee's communication preferences.
