Review the staff-facing event sections and permissions so scheduled employees see what they need for their shift.
Why this matters
Roles, brand access, event assignments, and notification choices work together. Review each of them so employees can do their jobs without seeing unrelated business or client information.
Before you start
You may need an owner or administrator role to change employee access or account-level preferences.
In Releventful
Click Settings
Click Employees
Click Manage Employees
Select the correct person and review their Feature Permissions
Select the feature you wish to update permissions
Use the drop down next to the Releventful feature to select either Do Not Grant This Access or Allow Access
Navigate to Event Portal Management
Use the drop down next to portal features to select their access and notifications
Click Save Draft or Apply Permissions
Login as the employee and review their portal access to confirm the resulting view.
A useful decision
Before completing this task, compare the change with a sample record of the same kind. This confirms that the client, employee, amount, or timing affected is the one you intended.
Check the result
Check the person's access and notifications from their role. Review their event assignments separately.
Important to know
A role, brand assignment, and event assignment can each limit access. A missing alert may also be caused by the employee's communication preferences.
