Use the Sales Pipeline lead card as your daily workspace for reviewing activity, recording notes, managing follow-ups, and moving an opportunity forward while keeping the lead's history in one place.
Before you start
Know which inquiry needs attention and check whether another employee or campaign already contacted the person.
In Releventful
Open Dashboard in the left navigation, then select Pipeline in the top bar. Use the brand selector and filters to find the lead, then click its card.
Read Overview and Activity for the current stage, latest reply, and any campaign activity. Open Tasks, Notes, and Files for outstanding work and shared material.
Click Edit Lead to correct contact information and click Save. Use Quick Actions > Edit Sales Info to change the owner, source, or stage, then click Save Sales Info.
For follow-up, open Tasks > Add Task, enter the work and due date, then save the task. For context, open Notes > Add Note, write the note, then click Add Note.
Use Quick Actions > Send Sales Email when a personal response is needed. Check the recipient and conversation, then click Send. Return to Activity to verify it appears.
Check the lead stage and event status separately
A sales stage tracks where an opportunity is in your sales process. The event's booking status and booking requirements are separate. Moving a card into a stage does not by itself prove a contract was signed or a payment received.
If a card seems missing, confirm the brand, search and active filters before changing the record. Find the existing lead or event and check its current state rather than creating a replacement to make it appear.
