Cancelling Your Plan
To request a cancellation of your plan:
Go to Settings (gear icon) → Account
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Select Request Account Changes
Submit your request to contact our team
Our team will review your request and follow up with next steps.
Please be sure to review our Cancellation Policy before submitting your request.
You will continue to have access to your Releventful account until the end of your current subscription term.
Deleting Your Account
If you would like to permanently delete your account and remove all data from the system:
Go to Settings (gear icon) → Account
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Select Request Account Changes
Submit your request to contact our team
Once processed, account deletion is permanent and all associated data will be removed from Releventful.
